Ingredients:
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles

Directions: Mix ingredients together in order until all is combined and moist. Fill lightly greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or golden brown. Serve warm.
