Chocodiles
Chef:  Ryan Wilcox - Dover, OK          Category:  Desserts

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla


Chocolate Crunch
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup corn cereal






Directions: Mix all ingredients well and pat in a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. For the Chocolate Crunch topping: Melt chocolate chips, stir in peanut butter and corn cereal. Spread on cookies while warm.

Notes: These cookies have been in our family along time and are one of our favorites.
