Pear Salad

Ingredients:
1 (33 oz.) can pears, drained and pureed
1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling pear juice
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping
1/2 cup pecans, chopped














Directions: Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling pear juice. When partially set, add to pears, cream cheese and blend in blender. Fold in whipped topping and pecans.

Notes: Really cool and refreshing.
