Sausage Rice Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound pork sausage
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup uncooked rice
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups water














Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients well and put in large casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour, stirring a couple of times during baking.

Notes: My family really likes this...you can spice it up by adding hot sausage depending on your families heat level.
