Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (7oz.) package tortilla chips
1 pound processed American cheese, grated













Directions: combine ground beef and onion until done. In saucepan, mix soups, milk and enchilada sauce. Drain meat and add some mixture. Place chips in greased casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture and cheese. Alternate layers and bake at 350°F about 25 minutes.
