Pickled Eggs

Ingredients:
12 hard boiled eggs
2 cups cider vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 peppercorns
3 whole cloves
1 teaspoon celery seed
4 whole cloves
1 teaspoon carraway seed
sprig of dill
1 clove of garlic









Directions: Combine eggs, vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, 3 cloves and celery seed and simmer for 5 minutes. Then strain the vinegar and reserve. Place the peeled eggs,4 cloves, carraway seeds, sprig of dill,and garlic in a 1 quart jar. Fill with reserved vinegar. Close jar and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
