Ingredients:
4 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon whole mustard seed
1 onion, chopped
10 ounces okra, fresh or frozen
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions: Heat oil in a heavy skillet, add mustard seed. Heat until the seeds crackle. Add onion and fry till soft. Add the okra and spices, mix well, cover the skillet, lower the heat and fry till okra is tender.
