Southwestern Skillet

Ingredients:
3/4 Pound pound ground beef
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
1 (25 oz.) can kidney beans
3/4 cup
1/2 cup
tortilla chips











Directions: Cook Beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water tomatoes and beans. Heat to a boil, cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 4.
