Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick butter
2 cups fruit

Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter in bottom of medium sized cake pan. Stir togehter flour, sugar, milk, baking powder. Pour over melted butter. Top with fruit, do not stir. Bake 25 to 40 minutes depending on size of pan. Cake area should be golden and when pierced with knife, knife should be clean.
