Popovers

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
















Directions: Beat eggs until creamy. Add milk, salt and flour. Follow recipe exactly. Never add baking powder or more flour. The batter must be thin. Fill greased and floured muffin tins halfway with the batter and bake at 375°F for 35 minutes. These popovers will swell to 5 times their original bulk and will be hollow. Serve warm with butter. Makes 12 popovers.
