Carrot Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 (of an 8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 (of an 8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish, optional
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 cups carrots, finely chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped











Directions: In medium bowl heat together sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, horseradish if using, salt, pepper and mix until smooth. Stir in shredded carrots and onions until combined. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. Stir the dip before serving. Makes 2 cups.

Notes: Do not prepare more than 24 hours in advance as the dip will become too thin.
