Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package mini lasagna noodles
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
butter
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions: Brown ground beef and drain well, stir in garlic and butter. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar, set aside. Blend cottage cheese with cream cheese, add sour cream, onion, green pepper to cheeses. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Layer in the following order, 1/2 of noodles in bottom, cheese mixture, one cup of cheddar cheese, rest of noodles and then ground beef mixture. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before serving.
