Ingredients:
1 pound processed American cheese
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (small) jar pimento, chopped
1 (small) can green chilies, chopped
1 to 2 green onions, chopped
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions: Soften cheese to room temperature. Put wax paper on top and bottom then roll cheese out into a rectangle, not to thin, with a rolling pin. Spread cream cheese, pimento, green chilies, green onions. Roll with wax paper as in a jelly roll. Press pecans on outside of roll. Chill and serve with crackers.
