Ingredients:
1 lb. beef (London broil or sirloin trimmed of all fat and sliced thin)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bell peppers, red or green
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towel. Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Add onion and saute over medium heat until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and peppers and saute additional 3 minutes. Add the beef, stir until meat is cooked. Stir in mushrooms and cook about 2 more minutes. Season with soy sauce and salt to taste.
