Ingredients:
3 (medium) or 4 (small) ripe avocadoes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3 to 5 dashes hot sauce
1 tomato, chopped
1 (small) onion, chopped

Directions: Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, garlic salt and hot sauce. Add tomato and onion, stir. Chill. Serve with chips.
Notes: The way my family eats it I have to double the recipe.
