Ingredients:
10 baking potatoes
3/4 to 1 lb. polish sausage
1 (large) can sauerkraut
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions: In a skillet fry potatoes and onion in oil until almost done. Slice sausage and add to potatoes and onion, continue cooking until all are done. Add sauerkraut, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover and simmer until sauerkraut is heated through.
