Spinach Cheese Dip

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound American cheese, white
1/2 (small) box frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
1 (small) jar pimentos
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 pint half and half
1 (small) can green chilies, chopped














Directions: Mix all ingredients in crockpot until melted. It can be made in the microwave, place in microwave-safe dish and stir until melted. Serve with chips.

Notes: This is a dip that is best when hot.
