Spoon Bread

3/4 cup corn meal
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can cream corn
3/4 cup cheese, shredded

Directions: Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and salt together. Add beaten egg, milk, sour cream and cream corn. Stir well and pour into an 8x10 inch baking dish. Top with the cheese and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.

Notes: I have also browned one pound of hamburger and added the spoon bread on top, baking it in a 9x12 inch baking dish.
