Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
10 to 12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (small) can crushed pineapple, drained well
3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
pecans














Directions: In large bowl, soften cream cheese in microwave until you can stir it. Add cheddar cheese, crushed pineapple, onions and Worcestershire sauce and stir until well blended. Refrigerate for an hour and then divide into 2 balls. Roll each section into finely chopped pecans. Serve with crackers.

Notes: This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
