Bar-Q-Brisket

Ingredients:
brisket
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 bay leaves
1 stock celery
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon mustard
BBQ sauce (to taste)







Directions: Place brisket in water to cover. If brisket is too large cut into. Put all the ingredients in the brisket, cook 3 or 4 hours on low heat. Cool overnight. Slice with electric knife. Line pan in foil and layer with sliced brisket. Save 1 cup broth and celery, onion spices. Add horseradish, mustard and BBQ sauce. Put this over sliced brisket and cover. Bake in 250°F oven for 2 hours.
