2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese (regular-no substitutions)
1 cup pineapple, crushed and well drained
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped fine
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions: In a bowl combine cream cheese (let soften a little to make it easier to mix), pineapple, green pepper, minced onion, garlic salt, seasoned salt and 1 to 2 tablespoons of the pecans. Mix well. Should form a nice ball. Place remaining pecans in a shallow bowl or shallow tray. Roll the cream cheese ball in pecans to coat the outside. Place on serving dish and serve with cheese or club crackers.
