Tavern in a Bun
Chef:  Neva Jones - O'Neill, NE          Category:  Quick and Easy

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
salt and pepper














Directions: Dice onion until light brown, brown ground beef until cooked, add water, ketchup mustard, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Boil three minutes. Serve on buns. 4 or 5 servings.
