Apple Pizza

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
6 oz. milk
2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
3 oz. vegetable oil
6 large apples, sliced
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla





Directions: For crust mix flour, salt, milk, baking powder and vegetable oil. Dough will be sticky. Oil hands and press into 11x15 inch pan. Place apple slices on crust. Mix sugar, margarine, pecans, flour and cinnamon. Spread over sliced apples. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until apples and crust are done. Mix glaze ingredients of powdered sugar, milk, margarine and vanilla. Glaze while warm. Freezes well and can be served as breakfast, dessert or appetizer snacks.
