Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:
1 large hen, cooked and deboned (or 6 boneless chicken breasts)
1 (12 oz.) package spaghetti
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 cup flour
1 quart milk
1 lb. processed cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 cups chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup










Directions: Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Prepare white sauce with butter, flour, milk. Melt processed cheese into white sauce. Saute onion and green pepper. Mix together chicken, spaghetti, onion and green pepper into the white sauce and add 6 cups of chicken broth and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup. Makes a big batch. Pour into pans and bake 45 minutes at 350°F.

Notes: This freezes really well.
