Ingredients:
6 to 8 potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 quart milk
1/2 cup processed cheese
2 tablespoons parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1/4 teaspoon Accent
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
1 lb. ground beef

Directions: Saute onion in butter. Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Cook potatoes until tender. Blend flour and milk together. Add all of this plus cheese, parsley, salt, seasoning salt, Accent, red pepper and beef bouillon. Simmer until warm
