Banana Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (3 large) ripe bananas
1 egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/2 cups flour ( optional, 1 cup white and 1/2 cup whole wheat)











Directions: Mash bananas and add the egg, oil, milk and sugar, beat well. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Gently fold the flour mixture. Don't overbeat. Bake in 9x5 inch greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F oven 30 to 35 minutes.

Notes: This is a healthy recipe, as it calls for a small amount of oil and sugar.
