Ingredients:
10 to 12 (large) tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions: Wash tomatoes. Remove core and blossom ends. Place in crockpot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tomatoes are done. Press through a sieve or food mill. Pour in a pitcher. Add seasonings. Chill. Makes about 4 cups of juice.
