Ingredients:
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup cheese, diced
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup picante sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
