Lemon Chess Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
2-1/2 tablespoons flour
6 eggs
1 stick margarine or butter
11/3 cup buttermilk
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring













Directions: Mix melted margarine, sugar, eggs, flour and salt. Add buttermilk and lemon flavoring. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Yields two 9 inch pies.

Notes: I have won four blue ribbons with this pie.
