Ingredients:
1 package dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1/2 cup butter

Directions: Mix yeast, sugar and milk. Let stand 30 minutes. Add eggs and mix well, beat eggs slightly, add salt flour and butter, mix well. Let stand overnight, do not refrigerate. In the morning, divide into 3-4 parts and roll into 9 inch circles. Cut into triangles and roll into crecents. After rolls are made, they can set as long as all day before baking or bake when doubled. Bake 10 minutes at 400°F.
