Imperial Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sherry
1/3 cup orange marmalade












Directions: Bone chicken. Mix flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a frying pan. Dip chicken in seasoned flour and brown in butter. Reduce heat and cook until tender. Just before chicken is done, add marmalade and sherry.

Notes: This is easy to make, I serve it with pasta or potatoes.
