Savory Swiss Eggs

Ingredients:
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (4 oz.) package cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces (optional)
green peppers, chopped (optional)











Directions: Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 8x8 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Notes: I have made this egg bake for over 25 years, they will reach for seconds. For 9x13 inch pan double recipe.
