1/3 cup Dijon style mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon orange peel, freshly grated
1 chicken, cut up
Directions: Combine mustard, honey, orange peel and dill in small bowl. Line baking sheet with foil. Place chicken skin side down on prepared pan. Brush sauce on both sides of chicken. Gently pull back skin and brush sauce over the meat. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes until juices run clear when thickest portion of meat is pierced with a knife.
Notes: May also use chicken breast for a quicker meal.
