potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/2
carrots, finely sliced
1 can peas
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can mushroom soup
Directions: Layer in 13x9 inch glass pan potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, peas, ground beef and mushroom soup (mixed with a little water or milk). Cover and bake for 70-80 minutes at 350°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Notes: Increase or decrease the vegetables according to your family's tastes. Salt and pepper to your liking.
