Ingredients:
10 to 15 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1-1/2 ham steaks, cut into bite sized pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. processed cheese
1 can cream of mushroom
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: In a 6 quart crock pot, fill half full of potatoes, ham and onion. Add grated processed cheese. Continue filling crock pot with potatoes, ham and onion, leaving enough room for can of soup. Add soup to the top at the last. Cook on low until potatoes are done. Stir occasionally so the mixture does not stick to the sides of crock pot.
Notes: This is great to take to a pot luck dinner.
