5 medium potatoes, washed, skins on
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Natures Seasoning
sour cream, optional
Directions: Cut potatoes lengthwise into fourths. Place in large resealable bag. Combine dill weed, garlic salt, onion powder and Natures Seasoning in small bowl. Add vegetable oil to bag, then spices. Seal bag and shake well until potatoes are well coated. Place potatoes, skin sides down, on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until potatoes begin to turn golden brown. Serve with sour cream if desired.
