Ingredients:
16 taquitos, slightly thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can green chili enchilada sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Directions: Mix mushroom soup, green enchilada sauce and tomatoes. Place taquitos in 9x13 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray and cover with mixture.Bake 40 minutes at 325°F.
Notes: If desired, cover with cheddar cheese and bake five minutes more. Taquitos are available in the frozen food section with chicken or beef and with corn or flour tortillas.
