Club Cracker Bars

Ingredients:
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips












Directions: Lightly butter bottom of 9x13 inch pan and line with layer of cracker crumbs. Using a heavy sauce pan, bring filling to boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly so it does not burn. Pour over crackers, then top with another layer of crackers. Frosting: Melt 2/3 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup butterscotch chips. Spread on top of crackers. Cool in refrigerator and cut into cracker-size bars. Store in refrigerator, or these bars also freeze well.
