Ingredients:
1 small head of cabbage
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons olive oil

Directions: Shred cabbage, combine soy sauce, sugar and 2 tablespoons water to form a sauce. Set aside. Combine cornstarch and other two tablespoons water. Set aside. Heat oil in wok over high heat until hazy. Add the cabbage, stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir in the sauce, continue stir fry until only half the sauce remaining. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture until it thickens. 4 servings.
