1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
Directions: Brown the beef with the onion. When cooked, add flour until all the liquid is aborbed and cook until flour turns light brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Add milk to cover the beef and cook until gravy thickens. Serve over toast.,This is a very quick meal...great for a busy night.
