Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove crushed garlic

1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies
1/2 (small) small onion, diced
2 fresh jalapenos, seed and chop
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice









Directions: Combine black pepper, cumin, salt & garlic in small bowl and microwave 20 to 30 seconds. Combine all ingredients in food processor for a few seconds until the salsa reaches the consistency you want. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes: ,This is a very easy and inexpensive recipe to make. You won't want to buy canned salsa again!
