1.5 pounds Hamburger
1 can beef broth
1 can (14.5 ounce) Italian- Style Diced Tomatoes
2 cups pasta
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions: In a large skillet over medium or high heat, brown the hamburger. Remove the beef and drain.
In the skillet add the beef broth, tomatoes, and pasta. Stir to coat all of the pasta, then bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat.
Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes stirring frequently.
Return beef to the skillet and stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over each serving!
