Beef Tips and Gravy

Ingredients:
1 - 1-1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry Onion soup mix
1/3 cup water















Directions: Place stew meat into baking dish or crockpot. Sprinkle dry onion soup over meat. Add soups diluted with water. Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 4 hours or in a crock pot on low for 8 hours. 15 minutes before serving stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
