smoked brisket

Ingredients:
1 brisked
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup liquid smoke
savory salt
celery salt
garlic power or flakes














Directions: marinate overnight and cook in oven at 275 degrees for 10 to 12 hours. Cover the baking pan tight with foil for about 8 hours, remove from oven and slice. return to oven to complete cooking to desisred degree of doneness. at this point bar-b-que sauce can be added if desired.
