Ski Breakfast

Ingredients:
1 stick butter or margarine
1 (24 oz.) package O'Brien potatoes
1-1/2 cups bacon, ham or sausage
12 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded














Directions: Melt butter or margarine in 10x15 inch pan. Mix potatoes, bacon, ham or sausage,eggs, milk and cheese together and stir into melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 45-60 minutes or until tests done. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes: This recipe is great to freeze and serve later.
