Creamy Chicken/Potato Bake

Ingredients:
3 - 4 medium potatoes, cubed, peeled or unpeeled (whichever you prefer)
4 - 6 chicken breasts
1 jar Ragu creamy Parmesan mozzarella sauce
onion powder
garlic powder
pepper
poultry seasoning
parsley flakes












Directions: Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8x12 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with onion and garlic powder, pepper and poultry seasoning. Lightly brown on both sides in a non-stick pan. Place potatoes in bottom of pan and place chicken on top of potatoes. Pour Ragu sauce over all. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

Notes: For an all-in-one dish, layer frozen asparagus spears over the top of the chicken and spray with butter.
