1/2 (1 stick) cup margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
2 (3 oz.) packages instant butterscotch pudding
3-1/2 cup cold milk
Directions: Mix together margarine, flour and walnuts until crumbly, press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture and spread over baked and cooled crust. Mix together instant pudding and milk until starting to thicken, about 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remainder of whipped topping. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
