Corn and Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 can tuna, drained
1 can evaporated milk or whole fresh milk
1 tube saltine crackers
















Directions: Generousely grease casserole. Spread in layers one can of corn, tuna and second can of corn. Pour milk level with top of corn. Crush crackers and spread over top. Lightly pepper top and dot with little pat of butter. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Notes: This recipe is easily doubled. Great for unexpected people at mealtime.
