Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup butter softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup light syrup
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions: Mix the first four ingredients to resemble coarse crumbs. Press into 15" x 10" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. In another bowl combine the last 5 ingredients and stir in pecans. Spread evenly over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 4 dozen
