Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients:
4 cups rhubarb
4 cups sugar
1 (small) can crushed pineapple
1 package red colored gelatin
















Directions: Chop rhubarb finely. Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand a few hours. Stir occasionally. Boil rhubarb and sugar 10 minutes. Add pineapple and boil an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add gelatin and seal in jars.
